FLEXIBLE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR OPPORTUNITY!

  • Earn $40-$60 per hour based on talent, experience & availability
  • Flexible weekend bookings (plus occasional Friday afternoons)

  • Predominantly North Shore & Northern Beaches, with occasional Sydney-wide gigs
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia with exceptional English-speaking skills
  • Reliable car and minimum P’s driver’s licence required
  • Paid onboarding in performance, dance & DJ skills before accepting client bookings!

WHO WE ARE

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Flexible contractor bookings (primarily weekends & occasional Friday afternoons/evenings)
  • Drive to various party locations (homes, halls, schools, events)
  • Work solo or with a team – you’re a rockstar either way!
  • Gigs typically last 2-3 hours – high energy, high fun!
  • Accept bookings that suit your availability
  • Most team members complete around 2 gigs per weekend
    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Host unforgettable kids’ discos with music, games & simple dance moves
    • Create playlists that get the party started and keep it going
    • Travel to bookings, then set up & pack down equipment
    • Deliver high-energy performances that leave a lasting impression
    • Promote DJ KitKat’s services at the end of each event
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    1.  Must be 17 years or older

    2.  Hold (or be willing to obtain) both:

    • a Working With Children’s Check (WWCC)
    • an Australian Business Number (ABN)

    3.  Regular weekend availability, including late Friday afternoons, Saturdays and/or Sundays (2–3 hour blocks of time)

    4.  Have reliable car, minimum P’s driver’s licence and be willing to drive to gigs (predominantly north side with occasional Sydney-wide bookings)

    5.  Excellent organisation & time management skills

    6.  Basic dance skills or enough rhythm to teach kids simple dance moves.

    7.  Confident performer with lots of energy, enthusiasm & showmanship

    8.  Absolutely LOVE interacting with kids!

      • Ideally, we’re looking for reliable contractors who are passionate about creating amazing experiences for children and can commit to working with us for at least 12 months
